Iced Earth
Iced Earth adalah Power Metal, Thrash Metal, Heavy Metal band dari Tampa, Florida, Amerika Serikat, yang dibentuk pada tahun 1984. Iced Earth menggabungkan pengaruh dari Thrash Metal, Power Metal, Progressive Metal, Opera, Speed Metal dan NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal).
Iced Earth sering berubah line-up. Anggota pendiri, pencipta lagu, dan irama gitaris Jon Schaffer, menjadi satu-satunya anggota asli yang masih bertahan, menangani hampir semua lagu dan menjadi pemimpin Iced Earth.
Matt Barlow (vokal) dan Randall Shawver (gitar) adalah anggota terlama setelah Schaffer, yang telah menghabiskan satu dekade penuh di Iced Earth.
Pada tahun 1999, Jon Schaffer bergabung dengan vokalis Blind Guardian, Hansi Kürsch, untuk membentuk proyek sampingan bernama Demons and Wizards dan telah merilis dua album.
